As Chief of Client Relations, I lead the client experience strategy at SDJ Facility Services — ensuring every engagement, from onboarding to renewal, reflects our standards of professionalism, reliability, and service excellence. I work at the intersection of operations, revenue, and brand reputation to align internal teams, strengthen partnerships, and proactively elevate service performance. My focus is simple: reduce friction, eliminate surprises, and turn client feedback into measurable operational improvement.
